I have been working with the effects of sound for almost five decades and with mental methods for more than twenty years. Healing methods, mental training, sound and voice therapies are valuable supporters to support the various issues in your life. In the appendix you will find my blog texts, which you can use to delve deeper into the topics.
1. Mental training comprises more than 200 methods.
Mental methods can provide support in many areas of life, be it in overcoming challenges, promoting recovery, increasing concentration, overcoming fears, strengthening the personality, dealing with grief, optimizing lifestyle or professional performance as well as in relationships and the family. Trainers and coaches, who in most cases have grown through personal crises themselves, bring valuable knowledge, experience, empathy, effective communication skills and deep values. On this basis, they develop a variety of helpful methods to support their clients on their journey.
2. I came to mental training through challenging life trials and my work.
Through many years of successful and independent work in the cultural sector, among others, I have had to take on a variety of challenges. In 2003, I founded an association for children and war widows in Kabul. What I experienced during the many years of our support there opened my eyes. Accompanying the serious illnesses and challenging lives of brave family members and friends also helped me to develop a thoughtful, very intuitive and forward-looking way of life. Difficult fates lived with a laughing heart have taught me a lot.
The difficult tasks, the constant presence, have exhausted me over time. But intensive further training, international travel, holistic congresses and encounters with indigenous peoples, the study of anthropology led me from the world of art and music into the depths of the mental and truly spiritual terrain. I have experienced profound changes.
The healing power of sound played a decisive role in this. Extreme stress had led to health problems, but with the knowledge I had learned and experienced myself, I was able to heal myself with the right support. Today, when I face major challenges, I know how to deal with them. In these times, the knowledge of how to deal with challenges and fears is a valuable asset. I can pass on this experience:
As a certified trainer for autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, energetic medicine, deep relaxation, sound and voice work in combination with breathing techniques, I have a wide range of specialist knowledge. My in-depth training has provided me with medical and psychological applications and insights that provide a solid foundation to support people on their path. Over the years, I have learned that there is never "one" technique to bring about change. Each person's individual story, unique body and genetic past gives them their own unique method for bringing about change, goal orientation or healing.
My clients particularly appreciate the effect of the singing bowls. The sound they hear or feel helps to resolve deep-seated issues or simply provides soothing support.

3. My method?
You are your method. During my training and many years of work, it became clear to me that every person, regardless of age, has their own personal inner path to self-discovery, healing, change, strengthening or focusing. We are often not fully aware of our own experiences. These individual experiences provide the basis for individually tailored methods for achieving jointly defined goals.
4. I have written blogs about sound and its effects, but first...
In my blogs, I have dealt extensively with the topic of sound and its effects.
After an introductory conversation, I place singing bowls on your body, where they unfold their healing effect. Together with you, I develop individual paths or "trainings" that suit your life situation and your language. My aim is to develop effective strategies in just a few sessions that will help you move forward or do something good for yourself. This is achieved through a healthy lifestyle that brings joy, the right environment and the use of your own resources.
